- Bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the rental price, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. In the event of a cancellation before the balance is paid, the deposit will be refunded only if a further letting is obtained. In the event of a cancellation after the balance is paid the full rent will be refunded only if a further letting is obtained. If booking within 8 weeks of the commencement of the letting period please enclose a cheque for the total amount.
- We strongly recommend you take out a Comprehensive Travel Insurance including cancellation cover.
- This is a holiday letting strictly for the period specified only. The number of occupants must not exceed the number declared on the booking form. Under no circumstances may any part of the property be sublet.
- The property should be left clean and tidy, all bins emptied and all crockery etc cleaned and put away in the kitchen cupboards. If linen has been hired, the beds should be stripped and the soiled linen left in the linen bag provided. We would appreciate it if breakages and lost items are replaced or paid for.
- Accommodation is available to visitors from 4.00pm on the date of commencement of the holiday and should be vacated by 10.00am on the date of departure. The owners reserve the right of reasonable access to the apartment for the purpose of inspection and repair.
- A security deposit of £250 is payable with the rental balance at least 8 weeks before the rental period. This will be repaid in full at the end of the holiday, following confirmation from our local agent in Morzine that the property has been left in a good and clean condition and no damage has occurred.
